The Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI) is proud to showcase the talent and creativity of its student artists and designers during the 2024 End-of-Semester Exhibition & Sale. This highly anticipated event is your chance to explore the incredible work of KCAI students, support their artistic journeys, and find one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.
End-of-Semester Exhibition & Sale

This campus-wide event offers a unique opportunity to experience KCAI’s vibrant artistic community. Explore an array of disciplines including Animation, Ceramics, Fiber, Filmmaking, Foundation, Graphic Design, Illustration, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Product Design, Sculpture, Social Practice, and more.
In addition to student studios, visit the KCAI Gallery, Artspace, Central Shop, and Beals Studios for even more exhibitions and unique works. Whether you’re an art enthusiast, collector, or holiday shopper, you’ll discover something truly special.

Saturday, December 7: A Full Day of Art & Community
Admissions Open House
Start your Saturday morning at KCAI with our Admissions Open House from 9 AM to 12 PM. Enjoy coffee, tea, and guided campus tours, perfect for prospective students and families looking to learn more about the KCAI experience.
The Underground Art Store
While you’re on campus, stop by The Underground Art Store for art supplies, unique gifts, or just to say hello. It’s a great way to stock up on essentials or grab a creative gift for the artist in your life. The store will be open from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Brunch at Wiley Dining Hall
Take a break to refuel with Saturday & Sunday Brunch from 11 AM to 1 PM in Wiley Dining Hall.
Harvest Moon | KCAI Illustration Marketplace
If you can’t make it to the End-of-Semester Exhibition & Sale, don’t miss the KCAI Illustration Marketplace on Saturday, December 14, from 12 to 5 PM at Epperson Auditorium, Vanderslice Hall. This annual event features exclusive works by KCAI Illustration students, from prints and zines to handcrafted items that make perfect holiday gifts.
